What's the biggest challenge in luring meeting business to a new hotel?
With new hotels, it's all about building trust, so we are inviting planners for site visits during which we introduce our entire team to them, from our general manager to our executive chef. This way they can learn how we work together on their behalf. We show them all available meeting space, let them taste sample menus and more, all to help them begin to picture what the group's experience here will entail.
